Not every situation requires a hard stop. Actually, very few do. Jazz offers a range of proactive responses, depending on the risk:
Request a justification
If the action is unexpected or potentially risky, Jazz asks the user for a quick explanation before the action moves forward.
Guide the user with a prompt
When the activity is low-risk but still questionable, Jazz might gently steer the user toward a safer path.
Escalate for human review
If the action in question is highly sensitive or requires added oversight, Jazz will flag it to a manager or security analyst before allowing it.
Apply a targeted block
In the rare instance the activity clearly puts sensitive data at risk, Jazz prevents it from happening.
